Comparing Logan and Janie's Lives
Before they met:
Janie had dreams of falling in love. Janie's grandmother da dreams of her marrying a rich man as soon as possible.
Logan had everything that Janie's
grandmother envisioned for her.
The only thing left that he needed was a wife.
While they were married:
Logan was not the loving husband
that Janie had envisioned.
Women belong where I tell them to be.
The only thing my wife is good for
is working for me.
After they separated:
He may not be the man of Janie's dreams,
but he is way better than Logan. Janie is very
excited to start her new life with Joe Starks.
Logan cannot believe that Janie had the nerve
to leave him. In his despair his donkeys
ran away and a set of robbers came and stole
his money. He was never able to remarry.
